Reynolds can meet your fabrication and welding needs in aluminum, steel, cast iron, and cast steel. Reynolds fabricators are skilled in MIG as well as TIG welding.
 Design Department
The Reynolds Design Department uses the only newest programs in design currently (Auto Cad 2006 and Mechanical desktop Inventor Series). The design department has great experience in the design of form, progressive, blank, draw, and rocker dies; also machining and weld fixtures.
 Tool making and fixture building
Reynolds has been making tools and building fixtures since 1917. With our experience of over 75 years and the latest technology our products meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
 CNC Machining
Reynolds CNC department has the capabilities to do CNC lathe vertical and horizontal machining. The CNC capabilities are CNC lathe 15” chuck, 4 ¾ through hole, and 24” cut diameter; vertical CNC machining X - 40” Y – 20” Z – 25”; Horizontal CNC machining X – 28” Y – 25” Z – 33”
