Founded in Moline and originally named Reynolds Engineering, it was named after its president George D. Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds was a mechanical engineer from Rock Island, Illinois.

Reynolds facilities offer 4 loading docks, 10,000-pound hoisting capability, 8,000-pound forklift capability. Reynolds facilities has machining capability of CNC horizontal milling X-84”, Y-192”, Z-20”, Boring Mill Capacity X-72”, Y-48”, Z-32”, Vertical lathe capacity X-56”, Y- 36”.
